Patreon is Adding Livestreaming to Their Platform
You can now easily do members-only streams

On April 16, Patreon, the creator platform dedicated to help content creators make a living without depending on social media platforms, announced on their official Twitter account that they will be adding a live video feature.
They said in the announcement that this feature will be available for selected creators at the start and more will get access to it later this summer.
Patreon is offering various features that creators would expect to see on a streaming platform like YouTube or Twitch.
Things like:
- Moderation tools
- Live chat and emotes
- VOD downloads
- OBS and Streamlabs support for cohosting
This feature gives Patreon more influence in the creator space since it allows creators to publish content in all formats, written, audio, video, and now live content.
